Primary Functions

  • Develop, implement, and execute annual regional business plan 
  • Ensure organizational capacity and capability to deliver assigned goals 
  • Operate the assigned team efficiently and economically 
  • Establish ongoing relationships with key customer decision makers, food service operators, distributers, and brokers


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively: ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs, marketing programs, and competition activity. 
  • Timely follow through: gather and analyze information regarding customer preference and market conditions which are required to plan sales growth. 
  • Drive change: always strive to meet and even exceed anticipated sales goals.  
  • Increase skill sets: attend regional and national food shows, conferences, and seminars. 
  • Inspire employees: ensure continuous relationships are fostered with key accounts in division. 
  • Time management: helps the foodservice coordinator to coordinate plant tours, presentations, and all activities concerning customer visits.
