Associate Applications Analyst

Primary Functions

  • Perform unit and system testing of new and modified programs to ensure they work correctly 
  • Perform application analysis and estimates for small to medium projects (40-100 hours) 
  • Write, test, analyze, and modify programs within a manufacturing environment 
  • Solve problems referred from the client services department

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively: provide the required feedback to clients regarding problems referred from the client services department. 
  • Timely follow through: effectively and efficiently complete duties and projects within specified time period. 
  • Drive change: research different ways to write new computer programs according to new program specifications.
  • Increase skill sets: enhance one’s professional skills by learning the IT development methodology as well as the application software environment.
  • Inspire employees: motivate other team members to continually improve, become more innovative, and prevent errors throughout the company.
  • Time management: organize and utilize time effectively to allow for completion of projects and duties and attendance in meetings all within the specified date and time.

Associate Technical Analyst

Primary Functions

  • Recognize ongoing hardware and software updates to keep up with the demands of our customers and new technology 
  • Participate in the installation and configuration of workstations, computer systems, servers and other new technologies
  • Diagnose and repair any workstation, computer systems, server or any new technology problems that may arise
  • Utilize cross functional teams to help resolve issues that arise
  • Utilize basic fundamentals of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively: provide feedback to clients about problems referred by Client Services Center in workstation, networks, plant systems, servers and telecom areas
  • Timely follow through: effectively and efficiently complete duties and projects within specified time period 
  • Drives change: research different ways in which tasks can be completed or improved, sharing ideas with other professionals and managers in the field
  • Increase skill sets: keeping up to date on new technologies being used in the industry through appropriate training
  • Inspire employees: motivate other team members to continually improve, become more innovative, and prevent errors through out the company 
  • Time management: organize and utilize time effectively to allow for completion of projects and duties and attendance in meetings all within the specified date and time.
