Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern at the Corporate Office, you will apply problem solving, creativity, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of Human Resources and learn the various areas in a team environment with experienced Human Resource professionals.


Responsibilities may include creation, design and implementation of recruitment materials, analysis of current recruitment efforts, job description collection, internal and external survey communication and collection, annual benefit planning, job shadowing of a local Human Resources Manager, and other HR-related projects.


Qualified candidates will have completed general coursework that demonstrated an interest in Human Resources, possess a GPA of 2.7 or higher, a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
