Course Description:

The Dale Carnegie seminar offers participants an opportunity to develop and apply interpersonal skills and human relations skills into a coaching and leadership process. Coaching and leadership concepts and fundamentals are presented for participants to apply in the real world and report back next week. This gives the participants a working knowledge and experience to build on as they fine-tune these coaching and leadership principles for their own use.


As a result of training, participants will:

• Expand comfort zones to address challenging situations more effectively
• Define and set professional breakthrough goals
• Apply a process at work to inspire and motivate Team Members
• Communicate more clearly and concisely in the work environment
• Create an enthusiastic and productive work environment using recognition and motivation
• Apply human relations and leadership principles to further develop leadership skills
