Broil 13-15 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F. Cooking times are approximate; always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

TO FRY:In a large preheated skillet over medium heat, cook burgers in a small amount of vegetable oil 7-9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.

TO GRILL:On preheated grill over medium heat, place burgers 4 inches from heat source 7-9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.
