COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • REFRIGERATED:

    Keep product stored at 28-35°F. for optimum freshness. After opening, unused portion should be immediately wrapped, refrigerated and consumed within 5 days.
  • FROZEN:

    Keep product frozen until ready to use. Defrost frozen product slowly and thoroughly in a refrigerator for 48 hours. Although not recommended, for quick defrosting, place in cold running water for 3-8 hours. Never defrost at room temperature. Slice product according to the arrows on package.
