COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • CONSUMER OVEN BROILER:

    In preheated broiler on high setting, place frozen burgers on broiler pan and position 4 inches from heat source. Broil 13-15 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F. Cooking times are approximate; always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • CONSUMER STOVETOP SKILLET:

  • TO FRY:

    In a large preheated skillet over medium heat, cook burgers in a small amount of vegetable oil 7-9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.
  • CONSUMER GAS GRILL:

  • TO GRILL:

    On preheated grill over medium heat, place burgers 4 inches from heat source 7-9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.
