- 4 cups chopped leftover JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Whole Turkey
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup chipotle mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 8 rolls, split
- 8 leaves lettuce
- Combine turkey, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or as long as overnight.
Add lettuce to roll bottom. Top with turkey mixture and roll top.
