Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped leftover JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Whole Turkey
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup chipotle mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 8 rolls, split
  • 8 leaves lettuce

Directions

  1. Combine turkey, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or as long as overnight.
  2. Add lettuce to roll bottom. Top with turkey mixture and roll top.
