Ingredients

  • 6 cups torn bibb lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups leftover, chopped JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • ¾ cup cranberry relish
  • ¼ cup toasted pistachios
  • salt and pepper, if desired

Directions

  1. In large bowl, toss together lettuce, leftover turkey, avocado and apple.
  2. Top with cranberry relish and pistachios. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
