  1. In small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil; stir in rice. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Let cool.
  2. Heat pita according to package directions
  3. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, combine turkey and gravy. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Place turkey, rice, cranberry sauce and spinach into warmed pita.
