Ham with Sriracha Glaze

Basted with a delicious Sriracha sauce made with sweet brown sugar, this juicy and delicious ham recipe is the perfect centerpiece to any holiday dinner.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup sweet barbeque sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 HORMEL® CURE 81® Ham

Directions

  1. In small sauce pan over medium heat, combine sriracha, barbeque sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce and vinegar.
  2. Bring to boil, stir and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes; cool.
  3. Divide mixture. Use half mixture to brush ham while baking. Use remaining sauce for dipping.
