Slow Cooker Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 cups almond milk
  • 24 peppermint candies, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • marshmallows, crushed peppermint candies

Directions

  1. In slow cooker, combine cocoa powder, almond milk, peppermint crushed candies, light brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Whisk until cocoa powder dissolves.
  2. Cook on HIGH 2 hours. Reduce heat to warm. Serve with marshmallows and peppermint, if desired.
