Jalapeño Turkey Bacon Poppers

Ingredients

  • 6 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
  • 4 large jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced in half lengthwise
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.
  2. Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Chop 4 bacon slices.
  3. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese and chopped bacon. Spoon mixture into jalapeño halves.
  4. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Chop remaining 2 bacon slices. Top jalapeños with bacon.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
