Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon coarse-grain mustard
  • 2 slices whole-grain bread, lightly toasted
  • 2 to 4 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Apple Cider Cinnamon Turkey, from the service deli
  • ⅓ cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese, if desired
  • 4 apple slices
  • 2 red onion slices

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine apple butter, mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mixture on 1 side of each bread slice.
  2. Over mixture, layer turkey, spinach, cheese, if desired, apple and onion slices. Top with remaining bread slice.
