Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • ¼ cup diced green pepper
  • 2½ cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1¼ cups JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, diced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  3. In saucepan, over low-heat, melt butter. Blend in flour and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until sauce starts to thicken. Stir in cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Add onion and peppers.
  4. Layer potatoes and ham in prepared baking dish. Top with sauce. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
