  1. Cook sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cut into 2-inch pieces and keep warm.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm.
  3. In large Dutch-oven, heat oil over medium heat-high heat. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes or until blistered. Add broccolini, carrots and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add pasta, sausage, basil, pepper, cheese and water, tossing to combine.
