Ingredients

  • 1 pound cubed JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 2 cups cantaloupe cubes
  • 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • ½ cup sliced celery
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup large pieces mango chutney
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine turkey, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, celery and onion. In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt and chutney. Pour over turkey mixture and toss gently. Sprinkle almonds on top.
