Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • ½ pound diced JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast
  • ¼ cup minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • crackers, if desired

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine sour cream and goat cheese until smooth.
  2. Add turkey, green onion, parsley and sun-dried tomato; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, if desired.
