Ingredients

  • 1 (17.6-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 (9 to 12-ounce) package refrigerated chopped mixed salad greens
  • ½ cup light Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup seasoned croutons
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • freshly ground pepper, if desired

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. In large bowl, toss salad greens and dressing. Divide onto plates. Top with turkey strips, croutons and cheese. Serve with additional dressing and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
