Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
  • ½ cup baked tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced into thin rounds
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. Spoon turkey over tortilla chips. Top with cheese, sour cream, tomato, jalapeño and cilantro leaves.
