Cheesy Turkey Chomper

This tasty, tempting turkey burger is topped with melted cheese and a dollop of homemade honey mustard mayo.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  • 4 slices light white Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 small whole wheat buns
  • 4 pickles

Directions

  1. Form ground turkey into 5 patties. Cook the patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Melt cheese on top.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Spread mayo mixture on buns. Place turkey burger in each bun. Serve with a pickle.
