Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra LeanTurkey Breast Tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup chopped garlic chives
  • ⅓ cup almonds, toasted
  • rice, if desired

Directions

  1. Cook the turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by meat thermometer.
  2. In medium bowl, combine broth, sherry, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.
  3. Heat wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry 1 minute or until fragrant. Add broccoli, chives, turkey and sauce mixture. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Stir in almonds. Serve over rice, if desired.
