Ingredients

  • 2 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
  • 2 (2-ounce) packets WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® Spicy Snack Packs
  • 2 whole grain sub rolls, split
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Oven Roasted, Reduced Sodium Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • ¼ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes, drained

Directions

  1. Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook patties to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Spread guacamole on each sub roll. Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, tomatoes on sub roll bottoms. Cover with sub roll top.
