- 2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 2 cups diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- In large skillet, add cooked potatoes and onion to oil and simmer over medium high heat 5 minutes or until golden brown and almost tender. Add bell pepper and zucchini; cook 5 minutes longer or until tender.
- Add turkey ham and tomato to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
