Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup egg substiture or 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • 4 English muffins, split, toasted and cut into cubes
  • 2 cups diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and mustard. Stir in muffins, ham, cheese, bell pepper and onions. Pour into baking dish. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
