Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup sliced green onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 2 cups cooked white rice, chilled
  • 1¼ cups JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, cut into strips
  • ½ cup sliced radishes
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • lettuce leaves, if desired

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine celery, onion, mayonnaise and dillweed. Stir in rice, ham, radishes and carrot. Serve salad on lettuce-lined bowls, if desired.
