Turkey Bacon Linguine Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 8 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pint refrigerated egg product
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion

Directions

  1. Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In baking dish, mix bacon, cheese and egg product. Cook linguine according to package directions; drain. Add hot linguine; stir to coat. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave carbonara on medium high 8 to 12 minutes or until eggs are set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
