Barbeque Turkey Pizza

Sometimes it’s hard to decide between pizza and barbeque. Now you don’t have to! This delicious weeknight dinner is topped with turkey tenderloins with a tangy/sweet barbeque sauce. Kid-friendly!

Ingredients

  • ½ (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce, divided
  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • ½ cup thinly sliced bell pepper
  • ½ cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Cook the tenderloins as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cut into ¼-inch strips. Toss turkey with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce.
  2. Spread remaining ¼ cup barbeque sauce over pizza crust, leaving 1-inch border. Arrange onion slices over sauce. Top with turkey, bell pepper and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.
