Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 4 flat bread
  • 4 teaspoons sun-dried tomato mayonnaise
  • ½ cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced ripe olives
  • 4 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup arugula

Directions

  1. Layer turkey breast on bread. Spread sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on turkey. Top with mushrooms, ripe olives, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and arugula. Fold over sandwich.
