Ingredients

  • 2 small acorn squash, with peel, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 thyme sprigs
  • freshly ground pepper, if desired
  • 12-ounces JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Turkey Breast Roast
  • turkey gravy, if desired

Directions

  1. On parchment-lined baking sheet, toss together squash, oil, thyme and pepper, if desired. Roast 45 to 50 minutes or until browned and cooked.
  2. Serve turkey sliced with squash and gravy, if desired.
