Made with turkey pot roast from your grocer’s deli counter, not only are these little Asian sandwiches really delicious, they’re really easy. Great for a quick lunch at under 300 calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4.4-5.2-pound) package JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Dark Turkey
  • 1½ teaspoons prepared wasabi
  • 12 small buns, cut in half
  • 1 (10-ounce) package broccoli slaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons coleslaw dressing
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, if desired

Directions

  1. Shred turkey pot roast. Spread wasabi on buns. In medium bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix and dressing, tossing to coat.
  2. Place heaping tablespoon of shredded turkey on bottom bun. Top with slaw mix and replace top of bun. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
