Ingredients

  • ½ cup classic Caesar dressing, divided
  • 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins, sliced into bite size pieces
  • 4 slices Italian bread, if desired
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cups Bibb lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons dressing over tenderloins in plastic bag. Seal bag; turn to coat turkey with dressing. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
  2. Remove turkey from marinate; discard marinade. Thread turkey onto 4 skewers. Grill tenderloins as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add bread to grill; cook 1 minute on each side or until toasted on both sides. Rub toast with garlic; brush with oil.
  3. Arrange toast and lettuce on platter; drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with turkey skewers and cheese.
