Ingredients

  • 1 (2 to 2 ½-pound) package JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast
  • ⅓ cup low-fat sour cream
  • 8 CHI-CHI’S® soft taco size tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded taco cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® classic or spicy dip, if desired

Directions

  1. In slow cooker, cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Shred turkey. Refrigerate half of meat for another meal.
  2. Spread sour cream on tortillas. Add turkey, cheese and lettuce. Fold over to enclose filling. Top with dip, if desired.
