Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Tenderloins, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chicken flavored granules
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup low-sodium tomato paste
  • 1 (4-ounce) can CHI-CHI’S™ Diced Green Chilies
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, beans), thawed

Directions

  1. Cook turkey tenderloins as specified on package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes or until softened. Add garlic powder, chili powder and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add chicken granules, water, tomato paste and chilies. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.
