Ingredients

  • 6 (10-inch) whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup Thai peanut sauce
  • 1-pound JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Oven Roasted, Reduced Sodium Turkey Breast, from the service deli, cut into ½-pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • ½ cup finely sliced green onions
  • ¾ cup chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. Lay tortillas on flat surface. Spread each tortilla with peanut sauce.
  2. Divide turkey, cabbage, carrots, green onions and chow mein noodles evenly on tortillas.
  3. Roll up tightly folding ends of the tortilla like a burrito to the inside. Cut in half diagonally.
