Ingredients

  • 4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons pesto
  • ⅓ cup roasted red pepper strips, drained
  • ¼ cup canned navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ⅔ cup chopped JENNIE-O® Premium Fresh Turkey Breast Roast
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 (1-pint) glass jars

Directions

  1. Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cut into pieces and set aside.
  2. Layer olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pesto, red pepper, beans, cucumber, turkey, feta, lettuce and bacon in jars. Do not shake. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours. To serve, empty contents of jar onto plate.
