Ingredients

  • 18 slices JENNIE-O® Smoked Whole Turkey
  • 1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix for turkey or chicken
  • ⅓ cup chopped dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup toasted pecans pieces
  • ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • CRANBERRY GRAVY
  • 1½ cups low-sodium gravy
  • ⅓ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cook turkey according to package directions; slice. Cover and keep warm.
  2. Make stuffing according to package directions. Add cranberries, pecans and lemon zest; stir to combine. Cover to keep warm.
  3. In large skillet, cook asparagus in 1-inch water, covered, until tender-crisp; drain.
  4. In small saucepan, combine gravy, cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Stir until hot. Arrange turkey, stuffing and asparagus on plate. Drizzle with gravy.
