Ingredients

  • MUSTARD DRESSING
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • pinch salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired
  • SALAD
  • 1½ cups mixed baby greens
  • ⅔ cup shredded JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup pecans, toasted
  • ½ green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. To make dressing, in jar with tight-fitting lid combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper, if desired. Shake to combine.
  2. To make salad, arrange baby greens, turkey, cranberries, pecans, apple, onion and cheese on serving plate. Drizzle with dressing.
