Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds romain lettuce
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • ½ pound diced JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Oven Roasted, Reduced Sodium Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • ½ pounds JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
  • 1½ cups diced avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup fat-free ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Place lettuce on 5 salad plates. Place eggs down the middle of each salad plate. On either side of egg, place rows of turkey, ham, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Serve with ranch dressing.
