  1. Place tortillas on cutting board. In small bowl, combine mustard and mayonnaise; spread on each tortilla.
  2. Top with cheese, turkey, lettuce and carrot. Roll-up tightly to enclose filling. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Cut each roll-up in half.
