No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Natural Peanut Butter Spread, divided
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate graham cracker crust
  • ¼ cup fudge ice cream topping

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine 1 cup peanut butter spread, cream cheese and honey. Gradually stir in milk; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Before serving, microwave remaining ¼ cup peanut butter 20 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cheesecake. Drizzle fudge ice cream topping over cheesecake.
