Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta sandwich rolls, split
  • ½ cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, from the service deli
  • 1½ ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved or shredded

Directions

  1. Toast both sides of roll. Spread Caesar dressing on toasted roll. On bottom put romaine lettuce, tomato and chicken breast. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Add bread top and secure with picks and serve.
