Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon diced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup cubed JENNIE-O® All Natural* Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
  • 1 ounce whole grain tortilla chips
  • guacamole, if desired

Directions

  1. In bowl mix pineapple, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. In bowl place romaine lettuce. Top with turkey, tomatoes, tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole, if desired.
