tablespoons olive oil
medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced
(13-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Andouille Turkey Sausage, sliced
green cabbage, cut into thin strips
small yellow onion, sliced
green bell pepper, sliced
teaspoon steak seasoning
cup vegetable broth
In large cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook 8-10 minutes turning often. Add sausage and cook 2 minutes or until browned.
Stir in cabbage, onion, bell pepper, seasoning and cook until cabbage is wilted. Add broth, cover and cook until tender.
