(17.6-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets, cut into 1-inch strips
(9 to 12-ounce) package refrigerated chopped mixed salad greens
cup light Caesar dressing
cup seasoned croutons
cup shredded Parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper, if desired
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place turkey breast cutlets in hot skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, 11 to 13 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
In large bowl, toss salad greens and dressing. Divide onto plates. Top with turkey strips, croutons and cheese.
Serve with additional dressing and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
