ear of corn
tablespoon canola oil
or 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
chili pepper, finely diced
small red onion, finely diced
cup chopped cilantro leaves
salt and pepper, if desired
(2-pound) package JENNIE-O® ⅓ LB Turkey Burgers
slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
each red bell pepper, char-grilled and sliced
each brioche buns, sliced
Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
Brush ear of corn with oil. Grill 5 minutes or until kernels are golden brown. With knife remove kernels from ear of corn.
In medium bowl, mash avocado with fork. Add corn, chili pepper, onion, lime juice, cilantro and salt and pepper, if desired. Gently stir to combine.
Place frozen burgers 4 inches from heat source for 9-10 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.
While burgers are cooking, preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. For crispier bacon; Lightly spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray before heating bacon. Always cook to well-done. Set aside.
Grill red bell peppers until slightly charred; slice.
Place burger on bun bottom. Add peppers, bacon, corn guac mixture and bun top.
