tablespoon soy sauce
teaspoon ground ginger
ounces diced JENNIE-O® Homestyle Tender Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
red bell pepper, chopped
cup pea pods, partially cooked
green onions, chopped
cups chopped romaine lettuce
In small bowl mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger until smooth; set aside.
In medium bowl, combine turkey, red bell pepper, pea pods, carrot and green onion. Add mayonnaise mixture: stir to combine. Serve on lettuce cover platter.
