tablespoons Italian dressing
slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
eggs or ½ cup egg substitute
tablespoon chopped fresh chives
English muffins, split and toasted
cup WHOLLY GUACAMOLE®
Marinate tomato slices in dressing 10 minutes.
Sauté turkey ham over medium heat 1 minute on each side.
In bowl whisk eggs, water and chives. In non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook egg mixture.
Spread muffin half with guacamole. Top with turkey ham, scrambled eggs, marinated tomato and remaining muffin half.
