cup sherry wine vinegar
teaspoons Dijon mustard
garlic cloves, minced
tablespoon chopped minced fresh rosemary
cup olive oil
cups chopped bell peppers
(14-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked Turkey Kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
cups cubed sourdough bread
baby kale leaves, if desired
In small bowl whisk vinegar, mustard, garlic, rosemary and oil.
On skewers alternately thread bell pepper, kielbasa, onion and bread cubes.
Brush each skewers with 1 tablespoon dressing.
Grill 12 minutes, turning often, or until lightly charred.
In large bowl, toss greens with enough remaining dressing to coat. Divide among 4 plates.
Top with skewers. Brush skewers with more dressing, if desired.
