Ingredients: Turkey Necks Containing up to 7% solution of Water, Potassium Lactate, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Diacetate, Flavoring.
Stock Pot:
In a 4 quart stock pot, bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
Add necks and reduce heat to a simmer.
Continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
Always cook to well done, 180°F as measured by a meat thermometer inserted in to the thickest portion of meat.
